I'm Tricia Parido.


I created Total Emotional Performance™ because I kept seeing the same problem: high-functioning people who had done meaningful self-awareness work and still could not execute consistently under pressure.
Not because they were lazy. Not because they lacked insight. Because they were trying to force better performance from systems that were already overloaded.
My work integrates performance psychology, nervous system education, and psycho-nutrition into structured, usable training.
I do not believe most high-functioning people need more pressure, more shame, or more insight layered on top of an already overloaded system. They need a more accurate way to read what is happening, a more strategic way to work with it, and a stronger capacity to stay available to themselves when it matters most.
