SPEAKING
Real Conversations for Real Life.
I speak about the human experience: how we become more capable of experiencing life in the way we desire, even when we cannot control what life brings us.
The conversations are thoughtful, practical, honest, and designed to give people something they can actually use when they go back to their own lives.

MY APPROACH
Thoughtful. Honest. Practical. Human.
I bring years of real-world practice, professional depth, candid stories, and a healthy dose of humor to every stage, panel, interview, and conversation.
I’m not particularly interested in standing in front of a room and handing people a list of things they should be doing better.
I’m much more interested in opening up a conversation that helps people think differently about what they’re experiencing, what belongs to them to lead, and how they want to participate in what happens next.
People can expect useful ideas, honest reflection, a little laughter, and practical perspective that still makes sense after the event is over.

SELF-AUTHORITY & EMOTIONAL AGILITY
SPEAKING TOPICS
Conversations That Matter and Make a Difference.
I don’t believe every audience needs the exact same presentation. Topics can be shaped around the people in the room, the work they do, and the conversation you want to create.
These are some of the areas I speak about most often:

RELATIONSHIPS & BOUNDARIES

WHEN HIGH FUNCTIONING BECOMES OVEREXTENDED

ALCOHOL, COPING PATTERNS & EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING

REAL LIFE, REAL GROWTH
How do we become more capable of living from what matters to us when emotion, stress, other people, and real life have opinions of their own?
What changes when we stop confusing care with carrying, boundaries with control, and connection with responsibility for another person’s experience?
Capability can take you a very long way. It can also make it surprisingly easy to miss when competence has quietly become overfunctioning, perfectionism, exhaustion, or emotional overextension.
A practical, non-shaming look at the ways people cope, what those patterns may be doing for us, and what becomes possible when we understand them more clearly.
Human development isn’t about becoming unbothered or finally getting everything right. It’s about becoming increasingly capable of meeting the life we actually have.
FORMATS
Different Rooms.
Same Purpose.
I speak for organizations, professional groups, leadership teams, healthcare communities, podcasts, and audiences that want a deeper, more human conversation about emotional performance, well-being, relationships, behavior, and what it means to become more available for our own lives.
The format can change. The goal stays pretty consistent: create a conversation people recognize themselves inside and give them something useful to take with them.

HEAR THE CONVERSATION
A Few Places Where I’ve Talked Through These Ideas Out Loud.
Sometimes the easiest way to know whether someone is right for your audience is simply to hear them talk.
Here are a few conversations that reflect different parts of my work.

SPEAKING & MEDIA INQUIRY
Let’s Start the Conversation.
If you’re interested in having me speak at your event, join a panel, participate in a podcast or interview, facilitate a workshop, or help shape a conversation for your organization, tell me a little about what you have in mind.
We can talk about your audience, what you want the experience to accomplish, and whether I’m the right person for the room.

Better
conversations.
Brighter lives.
