1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using any programs, services, courses, memberships, digital products, coaching, consulting, or materials offered by Turning Leaves Recovery Life & Wellness Coaching LLC (“Turning Leaves,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), including the Total Emotional Performance™ platform, you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Policies.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
I provide:

Emotional performance coaching

Emotional agility training
-
Recovery life-skill support (post-detox and stabilization)

Behavioral and emotional education
-
Advanced emotional intelligence application
-
Values and identity development
-
Communication, relationship, and self-leadership skills
-
Strategy-based personal development
These services are educational and coaching-oriented — not clinical or medical.
I do not:
-
Diagnose, treat, or manage mental health or medical conditions
-
Provide therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy
-
Offer crisis intervention
-
Offer substance detox or stabilization treatment
-
Replace clinical care or medical providers
Clients must maintain all necessary medical, psychiatric, and therapeutic support.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients agree to:

Participate honestly and actively
-
Seek medical or therapeutic care when necessary
-
Not use coaching as a substitute for mental health treatment
-
Communicate appropriately and respectfully
-
Honor payment agreements
-
Follow engagement expectations
-
Uphold confidentiality of group interactions
-
Maintain their own safety and emotional well-being
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While many clients experience profound transformation, I do not guarantee:

Emotional, behavioral, or personal outcomes
-
Mental health improvements
-
Relationships changes
-
Recovery outcomes
-
Career or financial results
Coaching outcomes depend on your participation, consistency, honesty, and personal readiness.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments — including coaching packages, programs, memberships, and digital content — are:

Due at the time of purchase

Non-transferable
-
Subject to the no-refund policy below
Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of usage.
Failure to make timely payments may result in:

Suspension of services
-
Removal from programs
-
Revocation of access
-
Collections if necessary
6. NO-REFUND POLICY
All purchases — including coaching packages, programs, subscriptions, digital courses, credentials, and group memberships — are non-refundable.
This includes:

Missed sessions
-
Early termination
-
Partial engagement
-
Personal emergencies
-
Schedule conflicts
-
Lack of participation
-
“Changed mind” situations
Why? Because:

You receive immediate access to proprietary materials
-
Your spot in groups limits space for others
-
Coaching time and resources are allocated upon purchase
7. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
For 1:1 coaching:

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
-
Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited
-
Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services
There are no refunds for missed or late appointments.
8. PROGRAM & MEMBERSHIP ACCESS POLICIES
Depending on the product purchased, you may receive:

Access to the TEP app

Access to group sessions
-
Access to digital materials
-
Access to credentialing courses
-
Access to recorded content
Access may be:
-
Time-limited
-
Subscription-based
-
Single-purchase-based
-
Dependent on payment status
Access is revoked for:

Non-payment
-
Violation of terms
-
Breach of conduct
-
Sharing proprietary materials
-
Misuse of content
9. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY (Non-HIPAA)
I maintain professional confidentiality; however, this is not HIPAA-regulated clinical care.
You agree to:

Keep group and community discussions confidential

Not share screenshots, recordings, or content from other members
-
Respect privacy within all TEP and Turning Leaves spaces
Exceptions to confidentiality include:

Risk of harm to self
-
Risk of harm to others
-
Abuse or safety threats
-
Required legal compliance
10. DIGITAL PRODUCT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
All materials — including worksheets, videos, systems, scripts, frameworks, and teachings — are the exclusive property of Turning Leaves® Recovery Life & Wellness Coaching LLC.
You may not:

Copy
-
Distribute
-
Teach
-
Modify
-
Rebrand
-
Publish
-
Sell
-
Claim authorship of
-
Use commercially
any content from the Total Emotional Performance™ methodology or Turning Leaves® Recovery.
Violations result in:

Immediate termination of access

Legal action if necessary
11. CONDUCT & PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS
You agree to engage with:

Respect
-
Responsibility
-
Emotional maturity
-
Non-disruptive behavior
-
No harassment, discrimination, or harm
I reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the integrity, safety, or emotional culture of any program.
No refunds will be issued.
12. INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONERS / INTERNS / AFFILIATES
Any professional trained, certified, or contracted to use parts of the Total Emotional Performance™ methodology is independent.

They are not employees
-
They are not clinically supervised by me
-
They operate only within approved materials
-
They are responsible for their own services
-
Turning Leaves® is not liable for actions outside the contracted scope
Separate agreements govern these relationships.
13. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
I may terminate services for:

Non-payment
-
Boundary violations
-
Disruptive behavior
-
Misrepresentation
-
Misuse of content
-
Safety concerns
-
Ethical conflicts
Clients may terminate at any time; however, no refunds are issued for unused portions.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By engaging in services, you agree that:

are not responsible for:

Emotional distress

Personal decisions

Life outcomes

Injuries or damages
Your engagement is voluntary and self-directed.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from services or content must be resolved through:

Good faith discussion, then

Mediation, and if needed

Binding arbitration, conducted within the state of California
No litigation permitted unless required by law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
17. CONSENT TO TERMS
By accessing or engaging with any program, service, app, or content connected to Turning Leaves® Recovery Life & Wellness Coaching LLC or Total Emotional Performance™, you acknowledge:
