What You’ll Experience

Interns gain valuable exposure to:

  • Client Interaction & Support – observe and participate in structured coaching environments.

  • Documentation Skills – practice DAP and SOAP note writing and case documentation.

  • Professional Communication – develop boundaries, confidentiality, and motivational interviewing skills.

  • Program Development – contribute to group facilitation, content creation, or community outreach projects.

  • Self-Leadership – learn the principles of Practitioner EQ™ and emotional agility in action.
