My personal journey is a testament to the power of resilience, determination, and the unwavering belief in a better tomorrow. Over the course of more than 30 years, I've battled with perfectionism, anxiety, overwhelm, alcohol and prescription medications, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and a host of other challenges. It's been a journey filled with twists and turns, but it's also been a tremendous blessing.
What I've realized is that healing and recovery aren't uniform processes. Everything in our lives isn't ready to heal at the same time or in the same way. It was about a decade ago that I uncovered the practical application of psychological skill sets, tools, tips, and tactics that allowed me to tap into a necessary level of emotional intelligence. These tools infiltrated my mind, body, spirit, and every environment I surrounded myself with.
Building Wealth with Integrity
As my journey of recovery and healing unfolded, I recognized an ethical dilemma within the field of mental health and addiction recovery. I understood that the traditional model of treatment doesn't always account for individuals grappling with process and behavioral addictions. These are often silent battles, unnoticed by society but equally important.
My extensive education and deep knowledge in psychology, including process, behavioral, and chemical addiction, along with my personal experience, added tremendous value to my journey. The results, the positive impact I was having on individuals, validated the worth of my programs.
