I used to believe that control was the answer. If I could manage every variable ~ every risk, every unknown ~ I’d finally feel safe.

“If I don’t handle it, who will?”
“I can’t afford to fall apart.”
“Calm is for people who don’t carry as much.”
These beliefs don’t just affect your mindset ~ they impact your emotional performance, leadership, and decision-making. They show up as reactivity, perfectionism, people-pleasing, control addiction, and avoidance.
